Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your properties, rooms, items, and uploaded photos, and cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my iOwnIQ Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, not inside the app itself. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions.

I upgraded to Pro but the app still shows Free features

Open Settings → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your purchase with the app if it didn't update automatically after payment.

Can I use iOwnIQ without an internet connection?

iOwnIQ needs a connection to save and sync your inventory data securely. We're looking at expanding offline support in a future update.
